    Information on data processing for clients

    1. Name and contact details of the data controller

    This privacy notice applies to data processing by:

    2. Collection and storage of personal data, as well as the type, purpose and use of such data.

    If you commission us to perform our services, we collect the following basic information:

    • title, first name, last name, address
    • a valid e-mail address, telephone number (landline and/or mobile)
    • information that is necessary for the planning and execution of the respective brokerage order (financial and/or insurance advice). This can be, for example, health data but also creditworthiness data.

    This collection takes place

    • in order to be able to provide you with comprehensive and targeted advice;
    • for correspondence with you;
    • for invoicing purposes.

    The data processing is carried out on the basis of your order and is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 b) DSGVO for the aforementioned purposes, for the appropriate processing of your order and for the mutual obligation arising from the respective contract.
    The personal data collected by us will be stored until the expiry of the legal obligation to keep records, which we are obliged to do in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 c) DSGVO due to tax and commercial law obligations to keep records and documentation (from HGB or AO), and then deleted. Any storage beyond this will only take place if you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 a) DSGVO.

    Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

    Your data will be passed on to third parties within the framework of our brokerage activities for the purpose of fulfilling the brokerage contract concluded with you, insofar as this is necessary for the brokerage of insurance policies, the processing of claims for benefits and damages, and for financial advice. The data currently stored with Milkereit & Co. Assekuranzmakler GmbH can be found in Annex 1 to this form. A contract on commissioned processing (GCP) has been concluded with them in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO in order to ensure a uniform level of data protection.

    Your data will also be passed on to our tax advisor on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 c) DSGVO, through whom we are advised on tax and business management issues. The data passed on may only be used by the third parties for the aforementioned purposes.

    4. data subject rights

    You have the right

    • in accordance with Art. 7 (3) DSGVO, to revoke your consent once given to us at any time. This means that we may no longer process the data based on this consent in the future;
    • to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO. In particular, you may request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of complaint, the origin of your data if it has not been collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;
    • in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO, to demand the immediate correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us;
    • in accordance with Article 17 of the Regulation, request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
    • in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of this data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you object to its erasure and we no longer require the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO;
    • pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another controller; and
    • complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO. As a rule, you can address this to the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or the registered office of our architecture firm (State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia, Kavalleriestraße 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf).

    5. right of objection

    If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO, provided that there are grounds for doing so that arise from your particular situation.

    Supplementary agreement on e-mail dispatch

    I agree that for the purpose of facilitating communication on the matter, documents and data may also be sent by unencrypted e-mail on the Internet to the e-mail address.
    It is generally pointed out that there are considerable security risks associated with data transmission by e-mail (e.g.: Data may be accessed by third parties, data may be lost, viruses may be transmitted, transmission errors may occur, etc.). I am aware that these e-mails may contain personal data. For e-mail correspondence with Milkereit & Co. Assekuranzmakler GmbH is expressly permitted to send data by e-mail. The respective sender of an e-mail assumes the delivery and knowledge risk.

    The dispatch of e-mails shall be carried out by Milkereit & Co. Assekuranzmakler GmbH shall only send e-mails to the above-mentioned e-mail address. Changes to the e-mail address shall be notified to Milkereit & Co. Assekuranzmakler GmbH without delay.

    No claims for damages may be asserted against Milkereit & Co. Assekuranzmakler GmbH arising or likely to arise directly or indirectly from the use of the e-mail dispatch or from a failure of the e-mail usage option is hereby expressly waived.

    This declaration can only be revoked in writing and for the future. Should one of these provisions become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining agreements.

Assekuranzmakler GmbH and its affiliated companies to contact me by telephone, electronically (e.g. FAX, e-mail, SMS, messenger) or in writing for advertising purposes within the scope of customer care. You can object to the use of your data for advertising purposes at any time by sending an e-mail to.
